The 3rd solo release from Izzaldin. Futura in Retrograde is a retro-futuristic work imagined as what 2023 would look like through the lense of 1985. Sonically it is a melange between hip-hop and synth pop. The marriage of the two genres creates a unique soundscape and was intended to create a fun experience for the listener. Produced entirely by Izzaldin, the creative direction of the album is singular in nature thus creating a unique perspective of engagement.
